Walking in faith everyday is not always easy but at the end of the day so worth the peace! Summertime is a great time for me to reflect on my year but also reflect on my goals and faith walk. I hope that you can take the time to do so as well.
This year, as I begin a new adventure in writing this blog, I know I will have to walk out in faith many times. It’s taken a few years to pray and seek God in regards to walking in the gifts He has given me. It takes lots of faith to trust that he has a plan for my life and this new adventure. There is always risk involved when you step out into something new. But if I’m willing to “walk by faith and not by sight,” I will see God do wonders, even if it’s in the simple everyday details of my life.
More than anything I’ve learned that when I walk in faith into what God is leading me I know certain peace. I keep reminding myself of God’s promise from Jeremiah 29:11, “for I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
